Professor of Urban and Regional Planning and Professor Emeritus at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canarias, Eduardo Caceres Morales, delivered the closing lecture of the twentieth edition of the University of Maspalomas, where he proposed the creation of a tourist town since Tarajalillo up Pasto Blanco.
