A report of this company shows that the rate of mishandled baggage has been reduced by more than half since 2007, notably by 52.4% from 18.88 bags per thousand passengers in 2007 to 8.99 bags per every thousand passengers last year.

The vast majority of mishandled baggage is returned to its owners within 48 hours, and in 2011 only a few percent, equivalent to 2.47% (640,000 bags), has been lost forever, compared to 3.56 % (1.15 million bags) in 2010.
